I know, I know Christmas is months away .... but if you don't start crafting now you'll never be ready when December rolls around! A few days ago my friends and I were busy creating an Advent Calendar, I wasn't quite happy with my results so I used the same idea with some different base materials.

| This time I used a steel backing so the magnetic calendar pieces would stick better and they do!! The overall piece looks much better in person. I have a few more steps to do before it's actually completed. My ultimate goal is to send it off to my grandkids before December 1st! |
