I don't know about you but I think shipping charges are horrendous. So when this box arrived on my porch this week I was mad, we pay a lot to ship and to have things shipped to us so to have them arrive in this condition ....

Oh NO! You should report this to UPS. What a mess! I haven't had any problems with UPS only the USPS.
